The Wind Munnar Hotel - Chinnakanal

The hotel is perched on top of a hill offering panoramic views of the green valley. the spacious and clean rooms are well-maintained with great room service. Some guests also mentioned polite and courteous staff.

The hotel may be difficult to reach due to bad roads leading up to it.

The staff was HELPFUL and we have can't complain about anything. We had relaxing time at the hotel and would love to come back here some time. It is near to the airport.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location, situated on a cliff with a slope, provided us with a breathtaking panoramic view of the lush green valley. The staff here were extremely courteous and well-mannered, making us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. During my Christmas stay, the service staff were prompt in providing a warm welcome and complete touring plan of the nearby areas. The rooms were well-maintained with all the necessary amenities and the location was quite scenic, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the food was delicious and pocket-friendly.

The location was quite remote and difficult to access. It took us almost an hour to reach the hotel from the city center.

Stayed in Easter and enjoyed two things offered: a chocolate egg at check-in and a small Easter egg hunt organized for kids. the hotel is located in a picturesque valley surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for nature lovers. enjoyed the indoor gaming area and the library.

The hotel seems to be understaffed, and the service was slow. the facilities are a bit outdated, and the rooms could use a renovation.

The best aspects were the fine balcony view from our room and the friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness was perfect and the breakfast served was delicious.
